Story
I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer just before Christmas last year. I've already had surgery and am now going through 6 months of chemotherapy. I actually consider myself to be lucky. I have hope. My active treatment plan is going to consume most of the next year and I know it's going to be hard but I have hope. All the pain I have suffered and will continue to suffer is to give me hope. Like any parent I want to see my children grow up, become adults and find their place in the world. Chemotherapy is awful. Radiotherapy is awful. Cancer is awful but I have hope. There are thousands of women with Breast Cancer who don't have hope. That is snatched away from them at diagnosis. Only through continued research can that become a possibility. Recent studies have shown there are 11 different types of Breast Cancer. 11! Please sponsor us and help fund crucial research to give everyone hope.
