As many of you know me and my family hasn't had the most easiest of years this year as losing my grandad mike to kidney cancer in January. And my grandad Ray manage to fight his kidney cancer which was a size of a rugby ball but I know I can help and with help from you guys we can kick cancer butt!! So I'm going to run 10k on the 30th of June at blackheath please help and support/donate all helps!!
