Story
This race is a chance for us to thank all the nurses and staff who make this terrible experience, bearable. It’s a thank you for the hugs, reassurance and strength they have shown unwaveringly. Whether we have been supported or seen them support those we love, we know that it wouldn’t be possible without them. I’m asking you to either join me on the day, or sponsor me because I wouldn’t be here without them. So, before I take the next steps for treatment I want to run, jog, walk or crawl 5k in order to raise money for those who keep us going so that more and more people can become cancer survivors and have the incredible, unwavering support that I’ve received.
