Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. Eleanor & I will be taking part in the 5k on 12th May this year to help raise money for this worthy cause. Cancer has hit our family & friends over the last 22 years; my Mum, my Dad and my Husband. Thankfully they are all still with us to tell the tale. My Nan had breast cancer and unfortunately is no longer with us and most recently in March, my beautiful sister Kerry only 52yrs has been taken from us to this awful disease. Also not forgetting our friends & family members who have been affected by cancer. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
