Story
We’re running the pretty muddy for my darling Mum (aka moomin) who was diagnosed with a rare liver cancer in September 2020. Sadly there was nothing that could be done to help Moomin get better and she passed away 3 short months later on 5th December 2020. Moomin was the kindest, most caring, fun loving and generous person you could ever meet. She was the best mum, a wonderful best friend and an inspiration to us all. She vowed to support cancer charities once she got better but she never got that chance. Moomin was 50 years old when she was diagnosed and passed away. She had a lifetime of experiences ahead of her which included seeing me get married, being a nanny and travelling more of the world with her beloved partner, cancer took this away from her and all of us! Cancer took away her future and our beautiful mum in less than 3 months!!! Cancer is cruel and does not care who you are, it does not discriminate. We want to raise as much money as we can to support cancer research to help find a cure/treatment and prevent others going through this pain in the future!
