Story
Cancer has affected us all at some point in our lives. Most recently for me, was my mum. She passed away 13 May 2017, in Woodlands hospice surrounded by her family. Mum fought with all she had, always with a smile on her face. Unfortunately for her, her cancer was too aggressive. She laughed when I told her I wanted to do the race for life. "You can't even run the shop!" She'd say! "I'm doing this for you mum so I'll get through it" I replied. She smiled and then nodded, knowing I'd do it because I'd be doing it for her. Just because she has lost her fight doesn't mean I won't go through with something that made her smile. Please help me and my girls reach our target. Every little helps. Thank you xxx
