Its almost 5 months since we heard the words ‘you have a brain tumour’ Nick had been complaining of headaches, a trip to the GP, then a referral to a Neurologist and less that 24hr hours later they told us why the headaches were so bad Nick had a craniotomy followed by 6 weeks of chemo and radiotherapy and is now on a 12 month cycle of chemo. Brain cancer is rare, there isn't enough research into why it happens. Cancer research do an amazing job which is why I, together with some amazing ladies, are going to do the shine night walk.
