Story
I've decided to do the race for life this year to raise as much as i can for a great cause .. i dont think we realise how important it is until it comes knocking at your door . For people that know me know i keep my self to my self and not many people knew that early this year i was diagnosed with cervical cancer it was the most scariest few months of my life but i tryed my best to keep life as normal as possible for my kids . Ive always had my regular smears , last year i had abnormal cells meaning i had to have a smear a year later, just in that one year those abnormal cells turnt into cancer cells i couldn't have anyone come to my appointments due to covid and i will never forget the day i sat in a room to be told im sorry its cancer .. my whole world fell apart in seconds i was petrified for my self and my two little boys .. but i was a lucky one i had all cancer removed and will now have 6month checkups to make sure its clear .. not everyone is so lucky though and thats why i want to raise as much as i can not just for cervical cancer for every cancer so even if you can donate just one pound i'l be really grateful thankyou X
