Story
My Granny passed away in April after a long battle with Oesophageal cancer. It is hard enough to lose someone in normal circumstances but to lose someone through the COVID-19 pandemic is so much harder. I also lost my Grandad and my mum (who is racing with me) lost her Father back in 2003 to Prostate cancer. Cancer is a horrible disease and with research predominantly focused on a vaccine for COVID-19 the research into a cure for Cancer has taken a back seat recently so we are doing our bit to help with the research so we can find a cure quicker and save so many lives in the future.
