Hello beautiful people, We have decided to do a 5k run (well a walk for Doris, because the knees said NO Lol) for a great charity, Cancer research UK on the 5th of June. This cause is something that we both care about tremendously, as both of our mothers have battled cancer and we have got to see first hand the many difficulties and lasting effects of Cancer. Each step we make towards beating cancer relies on each pound donated. Here are some examples of how the money you raise can help us become cancer’s worst nightmare:  • £20 covers the cost of running Cancer Chat for one hour • £30 is the cost of running a cervical cancer trial for one day • £80 buys a bunsen burner which can help our scientists to ignite ground-breaking research • £300 can pay for special chemicals called antibodies, to light up microscopic parts of the cell. We know that this is a last min request but every little helps towards a really good cause.
