Hi All I have decided to challenge myself this year and next to complete the Manchester Half Marathon in October and the full Manchester Marathon in April 2024. As most of you know me I have 2 dodgy knees a bad shoulder and zero running experience so it should be pretty straightforward 😬. Although I want to challenge myself I want to raise as much money as possibly for my late friend Kieran Keigher and the charity that was set up in his memory Kieran’s Angels. My target is to raise a minimum of £2000 so please dig deep donate what you can in to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Thanks all 💪🏻Rick
