Me and my girls are taking part in the Colchester 5K in July and the following week I am putting myself way out of my comfort zone and racing in the Chelmsford 10K. This year marks the 20th anniversary of losing my lovely mum and I wanted to give something back, to raise money for this vital charity that could one day put an end to this awful disease that comes in many forms. Cancer has affected far too many people I know and love. We aren’t pretending we will all achieve amazing times but we will give it a go. Please sponsor us anything you can. Much love and thanks.
