Story
Hi I'm Kelly and this is my story: so not that long ago my 6 year old daughter spotted that a mole on my side was looking "different" and just casually said I should see the doctor. I didn't think much of it but I went anyway and long story short was referred, had it removed and was told it was in fact Melanoma and the cancer specialist nurse's words were "your daughter has saved your life" basically because she spotted it it meant it was caught at stage 1 which I will never be able to put into words how grateful and proud I am to have her as my daughter. So I'm wanting to raise as much as I can for cancer research to help all the people that have ever been affected by this horrible disease either directly or with loved ones. Thank you for reading and hopefully donating xx Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.
