Myself and Diana are participating in this years Race For Life to help and raise funds for Cancer Research UK. Reasons for this are different for each of us but the cause is one - to do what we can to try and help. So many of us are affected by cancer - someone faces it themselves, someone has a close person to them going through the fight with cancer. Someone, maybe, has lost a loved one during this fight... One is clear though, over the time more people have gotten better chances of winning the fight and having an opportunity to live their lives and be with their family and loved ones. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
