Last year we took part in the Shine Walk Overnight Half Marathon- raising money for Cancer Research UK. It was a physically and mentally challenging experience but nothing in comparison to what so many people are fighting through daily. Unfortunately, the lives of many of our loved ones and thousands of others are still being affected by this horrible disease and whilst research, funded significantly by donations, has helped discover several life-saving treatments and cures, there’s still lots more that’s needed to be done. That’s why this year we are upping our game and taking part in the 2019 Shine Walk Full Marathon on the 21st September in hopes of raising money for Cancer Research UK and helping in their fight to kick cancer in the butt for good!
