I’ve taken the plunge and started the couch to 5k with the aim of running the full 5k Bath Race for Life. Rhian has been supporting me to do this so I can become young fit and healthy (probably for the first time!!) like her 😉 If you can spare any money for a good cause, it’ll really help to keep us motivated! Thanks
