Story
On Saturday 8th September, myself and Cameron will be taking part in the ‘Shine Night Walk’ across the city of Liverpool, in aid of Cancer Research UK. This will involve us walking ten kilometres across Liverpool at night, with our route beginning at the Museum of Liverpool and finishing at the Liver Building (you can view the route map here - https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/sites/default/files/liverpool_route_map.pdf). We are aiming to raise £300 for this fantastic charity and we have asked for the donations we receive to be put towards breast cancer research. As some of you may be aware, my beautiful Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016. Two operations, six rounds of chemotherapy and twenty-three episodes of radiotherapy later and she is now a breast cancer survivor. I will be eternally grateful that the work of Cancer Research UK means that my Mum is now well. Your donation - however big or small - will help to ensure the fantastic work of Cancer Research UK continues, and that more (and better) treatments are discovered to save the lives of those who will face this horrible disease in the future.
