We started Couch25k because we couldn't fit into our jeans anymore after lockdown! After nine arduous weeks of swearing, bleeding and crying, we have finally completed that elusive 5k! Now, we want to push ourselves to the maximum by running a (ridiculously) long 10k! Both of us have experienced family members battle cancer, so we are doing this for them.
