Holland House Runners is a running group that was set up during lockdown with the aim to complete Couch to 5K as a group. The group was made up of people of all abilities with many having never run before. Lots of us were very nervous and apprehensive at the beginning. However, with the support of each other we have all achieved our goal! We are all over the moon!!! We have used lockdown to get fitter and more importantly to make new friends and support each other. We are all thrilled to have achieved our goal and will most definitely be continuing to run regularly. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. We will be doing our race locally and it would be great if you could sponsor us and even come along on the day to cheer us on! Thank you all from Holland House Runners x
