This summer Helen and I are running and walking various events to raise money for Cancer Research. We've completed two Race For Life's already, Evan and Freya joined us for both. On September 22nd we're doing the Shine Marathon in London. We start at 9.30pm and walk overnight. This challenge is really personal to us both. We have both lost friends and loved ones to cancer. We also have friends who are battling this awful disease at the moment. Help us raise funds for this amazing charity to help fight this dreadful disease.
