Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. As most of you know I was diagnosed with a brain tumour 13 years ago, I underwent brain surgery but unfortunately they couldn’t remove all the tumour. 2 years ago during a routine scan it was discovered the tumour was growing, This time it was inoperable so last November I went through 6 weeks of daily radiotherapy to try and slow down the growth of the tumour. The treatment has left me feeling very fatigued, but with the help of some of the most inspirational women I know I’m going to compete in this years Pretty Muddy to raise funds for cancer research. I know this is an Illness that has affected everyone, but if you would like to sponsor me on my challenge I would really appreciate it. 💕 💕💕
