Story
Our Nan currently has terminal cancer. Amongst other health concerns the treatment to try and manage this would have been too much for her body. Because of this our Nan is slowly withering away and her quality of life isn’t what we would wish for her. We are doing this event to find a cure and help fund research into treatments which are less invasive on the body to give people more of a chance. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
