Us ladies don’t normally run/jog/walk quickly (unless we’re running for last orders at the bar!) but when our fantastic friend/Mam/Sister/Auntie Sonya was given some unfortunate news in December we decided to put our trainers on and run for a great cause. Please donate whatever you can to help us round the 5k and most importantly help raise awareness for this cause, we would be ever so grateful ?
