On the 30th of June we will be taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy 5k. Most people will know someone who has battled or is currently battling cancer. It can be extremely overwhelming because of the emotional as well as physical effects. The impact on family and friends is also huge. Important charities such as Cancer Reasearch UK require all the support they can get in order to change lives. This is why we wanted to challenge ourselves to a 5k.
