As a company dedicated to promoting health and wellness, the fight against cancer is something that is near and dear to our hearts. That's why we're proud to support Race for Life and help raise funds to support cancer research and treatment. At the FHT, we believe in the power of holistic health to prevent and help diseases, alongside conventional medical care. We know that cancer can be a devastating diagnosis, but we also know that there are many things we can do to support our bodies and our spirits during treatment and recovery. Our members are committed to supporting individuals on their journey to wellness. They offer a variety of services, including massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga and meditation to help relieve symptoms, reduce stress and improve overall quality of life. The FHT office staff are honoured to participate in the Race for Life Muddy 5K and join the fight against cancer. As an FHT family, this cause is especially close to our hearts; our team is made up of individuals who have all been impacted by cancer in some way. By raising funds for research and treatment, we can help make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
