Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in the Pretty Muddy Race for Life in York to raise money and save lives. Last year was a devastating year for the Bettney's. As many of you are aware we suffered the huge loss in the family, Johnny B. It was a massive blow to us all and we are all still trying to come to terms with the massive hole that was filled by such a funny, vivacious and outgoing man, who would still be here cracking out funnies and entertaining us all, if the Big C hadn't of taken him so suddenly. Enis, Jackie, John and Tracey have decided to push their bodies to the extreme ( 5 km is a long way you know when you are carrying extra weight like me!!!) to not only raise money for Cancer but to imagine what Johnny B would be saying at us all doing this course and the amount of jokes he would be able to have at our expense in his usual sarcastic, funny way.
