Emma was a dear friend to so many and a very special daughter, sister and wonderful wife. In April 2017 at the young age of 28, Em was diagnosed with a rare form of mouth cancer in her salivary glands and very sadly passed away in December 2018. Salivary gland cancer is very rare and certainly uncommon in someone so young, fit and healthy. She faced it with incredible grace and bravery, and always put others before herself. She was a true inspiration, a wonderful person and I feel privileged to have had her in my life as a special friend. She is sadly missed by so many, so in your honour Em I will continue to run for you. #BeMoreEm
