I have decided to take part in this years Pretty Muddy in Glasgow in honour of our Beautiful Mum who sadly passed away in May... Friday the 10th of February,a day that our Wee Durok family will sadly never forget. After being ill for a few months our Beautiful Mum was diagnosed with Terminal Lung Cancer. Our lives would never be the same again. Mum was given Palliative Radiotherapy in the Western General in Edinburgh to try and shrink the tumour that was pressing on her heart valve. This was to hopefully give her a better quality of life for the time that she had left with us ... however, sadly on the 22.05.17 just 101 short days after diagnosis Mum passed away on what would have been her 66th Birthday... Every single member of Eileen's Angels team has been touched by cancer in some way and one of our Girls..Val has just fought and won her battle with Breast Cancer...a true warrior!!! so dig deep folks and get behind us in support of everyone out there fighting their own battle with this deadly disease.
