Story
In November 2015 my best bud's Dad – Donald - was diagnosed with metastatic non-small-cell lung carcinoma. In January 2016 he was given a drug called anfatinib – the clinical trials of which were at least in part funded by Cancer Research UK. This drug has given Donald at least a year of life he wouldn’t have otherwise had and it is for this reason my oldest friends and I have decided to do the Pretty Muddy 10km in September in aid of Cancer Research UK. I am pretty sure anyone who knows us knows that this is going to be a bit of a challenge but together we can achieve anything!
