This year we’ll be running the cancer research 5k for a man I’m so proud to call my Dad. February this year he was diagnosed with a brain tumour/cancer and has been kicking its ass ever since. Since his diagnoses on Valentines day (he was pissed off the surgeon didn’t get him a card) he has had major brain surgery and is now moving onto the next stage of his treatment and eventual recovery. We’re hoping to raise as much as we can to help give back to the amazing cancer charities that support people affected by this shite disease, and are working on finding it’s cure.
