Cymbeline is a group of six very close friends who are all from different backgrounds and have been affected by cancer one way or another. Sofia - ‘I’m running to honour the strength of my stepmum who fought and won the battle against endometrial cancer, and the overwhelming positivity of my stepdad who lives with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and makes us laugh everyday. I hope one day very soon not one more child has to suffer from cancer and that everyone all over the world can benefit from this research.’ Maddy - ‘I’m running in support of my Auntie Bridget and my Grandpa who are always in our hearts.’ Kim - ‘I’m inspired to take part in this event in support of my amazing uncle that has been able to live on past his diagnosis 2 years ago and one of my greatest friends who continues to have an active and enjoyable life. And for all those across the world who will benefit from the much needed research!’
