This July our friend Carys Evans passed away at the age of 42 from stage four bowel cancer. Whilst unwell, Carys remained positive and practical and dedicated her time to raising awareness of bowel cancer and how many young people it sadly affects. Carrying on her mission, we're taking part in the Cardiff Shine Walk to keep talking about cancer and to raise crucial funds to be used for research into a much needed cure.
