We are running to celebrate the life of our dear colleague Vanessa Wild, affectionately known to many as Mrs D. Vanessa sadly lost her battle with cancer earlier in January. Many in our community will remember her fondly for her enthusiasm and commitment to the pupils, her enormous smile, her energy and her passion for teaching. She is sorely missed at Cranleigh Prep. We thank her for her dedication to teaching and pause to remember the lasting positive influence she has had on so many pupils and staff. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
