Cancer is happening right now everywhere, which is why myself and my daughter Scarlett are taking part in Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Sadly my amazing Dad was diagnosed with neck cancer last year and he is currently receiving chemo and radio therapy. Watching someone You love so much go through something like this and watch them suffer every day is the hardest thing on earth. It’s easy to feel helpless and I’m constantly looking for ways to help him and make things a little bit easier for him. I hope that by taking part in this amazing event it will give not only my Dad but my whole family a little bit more strength and ultimately show him and all others suffering how many people are right there behind them fighting along side them!!
