Story
Our Colin died on 10th February 2017 from brain cancer. He first began to suffer from depression anxiety and panic attacks when he went to study to be a doctor at Edinburgh University in 1988. Sadly he became so ill he had to drop out before his final year. He was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and was treated for this with medication and psychological interventions until in 2007 his GP referred him to a neurologist who sent him for an MRI and a tumor in his left temporal lobe was detected. Two subsequent resections , radiotherapy and chemotherapy could not stop Colins tumor. But maybe early detection may have? So we are all wanting to raise awareness and to raise money so that others who have Colins condition may live longer and healthier lives Thanks for taking the time to visit this page Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK.
