On the 22nd August it would have been my beautiful Mother’s 61st Birthday, it will be coming up to two years that she lost her battle with cancer, in true Claude style she put up a good fight. I will never forget the day that we found out Mum had cancer the terror, shock, and fear was suffocating. Sadly this is the reality for many finding out that a loved one has cancer. Whilst there are great success stories of people beating cancer and getting another chance at life, for some this isn’t the case. I along with my amazing friends will be doing the Shine marathon walk in loving memory of our beloved Claude to help raise as much money as we can for cancer research and join the fight to beat cancer.
