We both have family, friends and colleagues within our Gloscol family who have fought, continue to battle and those who have gained their angel wings. We are running for all. Cat's mum lost a long fight with breast cancer in 2006. Cat continues to be in awe of her 'bestie' Lynds who "kicked cancers butt". Cat was aiming to run in a Race for Life for her 30th but a back injury scuppered plans. This will be a personal victory to finally make it round the track! Just 4 years later than planned!! Rhi's grancha died when she was 8yrs old from Lung cancer and was an important person in her life. Since this Rhi is now 27yrs old and she has witnessed many who have fought - Auntie Sue , Currently Battling; Carol, and many who have gained their angel wings; Clarence. Rhi has run 5ks before but nothing as important as this. She now also get's to kick Cat's ass in training which has also started # Week3c25k! See you in July!
