Seven years ago our lives were turned upside down when my mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Even though prognosis was always positive she sadly lost her fight on the 25th May 2013. Because of this cancer research is a charity very close to my heart. So many others close to me have been affected by this awful disease and so on the 1st June we will be completing the pretty muddy event to raise money for cancer research.
