Thank you for visiting our Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, we will complete 300 miles each on our mountain bikes for Cancer Research UK. Most people we know have been affected by cancer in one way or another, either friends, family, colleagues or through personal experience. Cancer is a indiscriminate disease which affects millions of people worldwide. We want to raise money to contribute towards cancer research as the research and development of treatments has without question saved millions of lives, but there is still so much more to be done. There were 17 million new cases of cancer diagnosed worldwide in 2018, and it is estimated that there will be 27.5 million new cases each year by 2040. Read those numbers again... :( Every penny makes a huge difference so anything you can afford to contribute would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance for your support, it means a lot!
