As a Team we are brought together by one man Bernie Junior. During Lock down he opened his online female only Gym. His Mission was to help ladies of all shapes and sizes to loose weight and regain Confidence but in doing all of this he created a community of women supporting each other through their journey. A Girl gang that together can do anything that they can put their mind too! Each and everyone of us has lost someone to cancer or supporting someone who has lost someone to cancer so together we will do this as a team, as a family, as the best girl gang!
