On Sunday 1st July, we will be running (jumping, crawling and climbing) 5km at the 'Pretty Muddy' race, to raise money for Cancer Research UK. You all know the charity and how important their work is (hands up who doesn't know someone who has benefited from ingenious cancer treatments) so please dig deep and support the team by sponsoring us here. Look out for the inevitable pictures of us half-collapsed and covered in mud on Blackheath! Or to witness it for yourself in-person, feel free to come and support us at 12:00 on Sunday 1st July :)
