Cancer is happening right now, which is why we’re taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. Hi Guys, I must be crazy but I’m doing a 5k with the mother - pretty muddy 5k infact 😂🤦🏻♀️ My Nana was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer just before Christmas ... it was one of the hardest things to hear that there was nothing I could do to help the woman who has helped me through so much in my life. Against all odds at 85 years young she’s here!! She BEAT it!!! 🏅⭐️ And she’s still being the Wonder Woman we all know and love ... thanks to the amazing team at Warrington Hospital. So I want to give something back, I want to help others who aren’t as lucky and help ease the pain people go through every day with this horrible illness. Now for those who know me, well you know, since I was 14/15 😳 I’ve smoked like a trooper over 6 weeks ago now I gave up 🏆 after 10 years, I gave up. 💪🏼 And now I want to focus my energy on better things like raising money and smashing this 5k. Even if it’s only a £1 it all helps and together we can make a difference and we can find more research so less and less people have to go through so much pain and heartache.
