A group of us including myself, my 2 daughters, a few of my B-Fit clients plus friends and their daughters(ie Harriet and Beatrice Stobie, Margot walker , Lauren and Denise Riley, Kristina Stark, Katie and Tash Fryer are all going to get Pretty muddy doing a very muddy 5K obstacle course this Saturday in Birkenhead Park.We have all lost somebody we love from this horrible disease and will be doing it in memory of our lost loved ones.I'm personally doing it for my beautiful friend ,Kate Hamilton who we lost to breast cancer. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
