Story
I experienced breast cancer 7 years ago. It was a very challenging experience but one that taught me so much. not only about myself but also about the love of my close and extended family (I have a very large family full of brothers and sisters who are not all blood related but we are connected by love). I feel so passionately about the support I received and know that this was crucial to my recovery, it is time to give back. I have ran the race for life 6 years in a row and my first event was just after my last of my 6 operations. It's so inspiring taking part and at every event I have had my gorgeous daughter by my side, along with some other amazing woman. They have been so suppprtive and we have had so many donations to help us along the way. We will continue to run this race as this cause is so dear to my heart.
