Airedale Endoscopy Unit is a team of dedicated healthcare support workers, nurses, nurse Endoscopists and consultants who work to detect and treat patients with cancer. Most of the staff on the unit have had first hand experience in their personal lives with cancer and the effects of it, and are running in memory of loved ones no longer with us - and those who have fought and survived. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we’re taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
