We are running to raise money for cancer research uk in memory of our amazing grandparents! On Friday 3rd November 2017, our beautiful Nan passed away. Unfortunately Nan had breast cancer, but due to having Dementia, our Nan could not have any treatment and could not fight this cancer. She was the most wonderful Nan and we miss her very much. Just a few short days later on the 15th November 2017, our broken hearted Grandad, passed away. We take comfort in believing that their love was so real that even death couldn’t keep them apart. Just 5 days later, on Monday 20th November 2017, our other wonderful Grandad grew his wings. Grandad had been fighting Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. He was amazing. We miss them all so much. Cancer is evil. We want to raise as much as we can for this amazing charity and hopefully one day there will be a cure.
