You have 24 hours in a day. Why not use some of that time to assist others in need and to get yourself fit and active? Every member of The 24 G'z Running Group are doing their part to help in their own unique way. The sponsors are assisting the ground breaking work that Cancer Research UK carries out. The supporters keep supporting and spreading awareness. The runners are staying fit and raising funds. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
