Leg day? No. Leg MONTH! SQUADRON CHALLENGE: OPERATION QUAD BURN The Mission: 100 Squats Every Day All February. The Objective: To outpace cancer through grit and discipline. This February, our cadets and staff from 10F SQN RAF Air Cadets are putting their physical endurance on the line to support Cancer Research UK. With one goal in mind, to help towards funding the breakthrough treatments that save lives. Our cadets are disciplined, our legs are ready, and our sights are set on our fundraising target.
