Our story

Warburtons are proud to have been partnered with Cancer Research UK since 2014 and have raised over £2 million towards life-saving research. Thanks to research, cancer survival has doubled in the last 40 years, with 1 in 2 now beating their disease. But there is still so much to do. Today, around 910 people will be diagnosed with cancer and half of them sadly will not survive their disease. With our help, Cancer Research UK can pursue their ambition to accelerate progress and see three-quarters of people surviving cancer within the next 20 years. By the end of September 2021 Warburtons are aiming to raise a total of £2.5million, which means there is just under £500,000 to go – we can do this! Together we will beat cancer.
