Our story

Cancer Research UK is a leading charity in the world making significant advances in the fight against this disease. The charity supports a team of scientists, doctors and nurses who are getting closer than ever to a cure. The local fundraising group in Reading are a group of volunteers whose aim is to support Cancer Research UK locally. We do this by fundraising, raising awareness within the community and campaigning locally on the major issues. This is a well-established group who hold many collections and events throughout the year and who welcome new members. Please do get in touch with us!
